Overseas students create 22.4 billion revenue to the Australian government

Figures from the federal Education Department shows that the enrolments of international students were 15 percent higher than the same time last year. Chinese students still take the major part of those enrolments. Also, there is a massive increase in china's student enrolment sector, which refers to 17 percent. However, not only in Australia but also in the world, the international students from China are the biggest component of international student export.

As one of the most famous international student import country, Australia gains enormous benefit no matter in economic and educational perspectives. Specifically, overseas students create 22.4 billion revenue to the Australian government, which 15 billion came from the high education sector.
