Sales Manager

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Equip strong ability to assess customers' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Provide professional guidance and assist your team members in property selling for the right price under the best terms
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Support, train and motivate your team members to boost sales performance
  • Promote team morale and collaboration between members
  • Evaluate market competitors and projecting market sales and volume
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

 

To be considered for this great role the following skills and experience are critical:

  • More than 3 years working experience in Real-estate
  • Familiar with Australia Real estate industry, proficient in professional knowledge and relevant laws
  • Good at communication and coordination, can manage and coach existing teams across a profitable Real Estate portfolio
  • strong leadership and coaching skills with a supportive, adaptable and mature minded approach to people management and sales
  • Must be able to function efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin
